Few professionals have the depth of knowledge and experiences of Michele Hart-Henry. With roles in communications, advertising, marketing, sales, and operations, Michele uniquely understands how to build sustainable growth through fully integrated strategic planning and execution. And few marketers have the breadth of industry experience.
Michele started with a health insurer building innovative engagement programs and creating award-winning advertising campaigns. In financial services, Michele created an in-house agency and production department, and worked with diverse business lines on customer acquisition and retention strategies. She grew an onsite healthcare provider into a powerhouse in employer-sponsored health that was eventually acquired by Walgreens. While there, she led all sales support, lead generation, RFP, patient engagement, public relations, and digital marketing.
In specialty lab services, Michele worked to rebrand the company, relaunch its main product, retrain a sales team AND launch a new sales channel in the worker’s compensation space. She took a small, slow-growing, privately held software and medical device company and turned it into a market-driven and sales-focused organization, doubling revenue, number of employees, and customers served in a few short years.
After leading a dramatic turnaround for a blood collection and processing organization, Michele now works with Trouble Group’s clients to define their audiences, optimize their marketing plans, integrate their marketing with sales and operations, and achieve revenue growth.
